Two related issues affecting concurrent enrollment publishing in TN Ed-Fi have been resolved. Concurrent school enrollment records were not being published when the concurrent school was a student's previous home school from which they had withdrawn. These records will now publish correctly. Student section records from concurrent schools were encountering 409 conflict errors or dependency failures due to incorrect session mapping and duplicate publishing. The section and student section publishing logic has been corrected to ensure proper session assignment and prevent duplicate records. Districts with students who have concurrent enrollments (particularly those involving a previous home school) should see these records publish successfully after the update. |

Updated the StudentAcademicRecord publishing logic in Tennessee Ed-Fi (v6 and v7) so that diplomaTypeDescriptor and diplomaAwardDate continue to publish in subsequent school years for students who graduated early, as long as the student has a valid enrollment in that year. Note: Districts will have to Republish the transcript resource category for these changes to reflect in the Ed-Fi ODS and SWORD. |
