Ed-Fi: Student data publishing rules updated

Current-year Ed-Fi publishing has a check to ensure student data does not publish for students in grades less than -2. This update ensures that publishing for the prior year also honors this check — students who were in a grade less than -2 in the prior year will not have their data published for that year, even if their current-year grade has since changed.

Ed-Fi v7 Update: Student Academic Record Publishing Alignment

The Tennessee Ed-Fi v7 profile (2026-27) has been updated to align Student Academic Record publishing behavior with the enhancement previously introduced in the Tennessee Ed-Fi v6 profile in PSSR-438791 (SR_26.6.2.0). Eligible students can now publish a Student Academic Record even when stored grades are not present, provided existing publishing requirements are met.
