Ed-Fi Framework: Dashboard Processing Message Update

When a user runs a dashboard publish job using Run Now, the confirmation banner has been updated for clarity and visibility:

• The message now reads “Successfully queued.” in green at the top of the dashboard to indicate the job has been queued, not completed.

• If the user triggers Run Now from a category further down the page, the dashboard now automatically scrolls to the top so the confirmation message is visible.

Added a Publish Selection option for all staff resources on the DEX Dashboard, consistent with the existing student Publish Selection feature. Users can now choose a subset of staff on the start page and run a publish that only processes the selected staff records.

Ed-Fi Framework: Preserve Quotes in Authentication Key and Secret

Resolved an issue where the Ed-Fi Authentication Key and Secret fields incorrectly converted single and double quotes to HTML entities when saved. This caused connection tests to fail. The fields now retain quote characters exactly as entered so authentication continues to work as expected after saving.

A new Date Selection Method parameter has been added to both the Director’s Monthly Membership and TISA Base ADM reports. This enhancement allows users to choose whether to run the reports using the existing reporting‑period options or to select Custom Date Range and enter their own start and end dates for report processing. This update provides greater flexibility for districts needing to validate results against varying state calculation timelines.

The Tennessee Director’s Monthly Membership and TISA Base ADM reports have been updated to remove all handling of N‑grade students. This includes eliminating N‑grade sections in the user interface and removing all backend logic that previously incorporated N‑grade students into report calculations. These adjustments ensure the reports align with current TNDOE practices

Manual republish continues to work as before, and performance impact has been negligible.
