PSSR-418538 | All States/Provinces: SRP Accessibility Update | The SRP (State Reporting Platform) framework has been updated and all report parameters pages, for SRP reports, will scale and display all information correctly when the page size is minimized. |
PSSR-381664 | All States/Provinces: Student Incident Profile Report - Update for Multiple Levels of Behavior Codes | Student Incident Profile Report: Version 1.12 The Student Incident Profile report has been updated and will now report up to three levels of behavior codes and subcodes correctly. Known Issue: In PowerSchool, it is possible to create up to five levels of behavior codes. Due to a known issue, 4th and 5th level codes do not get associated correctly in the database making accurately reporting codes to these levels impossible. Once this known issue is addressed in a future Core update, this report will be updated to handle 4th and 5th level codes correctly. |
PSSR-418550 | Ed-Fi Framework: Publish All Button Updates on Student Page | The Publish All button on the Student Publishing page now includes data for remote enrollment sections. |
PSSR-419586 | Correct Absence Code Publishing for Ed-Fi | Ed-Fi publishing for Tennessee has been corrected to address a limited issue with absence codes. Previously, some codes were not publishing for elementary and middle schools, and excused absences at high schools were incorrectly marked as unexcused. |
PSSR-418590 | Ed-Fi: Attendance Publishing Updates | Ed-Fi publishing for Tennessee has been updated to ensure attendance records reflect absence status correctly. In certain scenarios, students marked as absent in PowerSchool were previously published as present. |
PSSR-418070 | Ed-Fi: Staff Sections with Zero Enrollments Are No Longer Published | Staff Section publishing has been updated to prevent Staff Sections from publishing when they are linked to Sections with zero student enrollments. This change ensures consistency with existing logic for Sections and Student Sections. Note: Please run Publish Changes for the Staff Section Ed-Fi resource from the Data Exchange Dashboard for the older staff section records/dependencies with 0 enrolments to clear. |
PSSR-406374 | Ed-Fi: Improved Performance for Ed‑Fi School Info Publishing | Ed‑Fi publishing for the School Info Resource Category has been optimized to address customer‑reported delays, resulting in significantly improved processing times, particularly for large districts. |
PSSR-411016 | Ed-Fi: Automatic Republishing for Concurrent Enrollments When EduID Changes | Ed‑Fi publishing for Tennessee has been enhanced to automatically republish primary and concurrent enrollment records when a student’s EduID is updated. This builds on the functionality introduced in PSSR‑392112, where adding or changing an EduID triggered publishing for other student‑related resources. Note: On‑demand resources, such as Attendance and Transcripts, are not included in this behavior. |
