To reduce confusion during discipline data publishing, the automatic trigger for Behaviors has been temporarily disabled.

Incidents, Behaviors, and Actions can continue to be published using existing publish workflows, while future releases will introduce improved trigger handling to support publishing these records automatically and in the right order.

TISA Validation Report Data Processing Update

An issue where certain TISA Validation Reports returned blank or incomplete results for schools missing specific CRDC configuration entries has been fixed. The reports now include data for those schools when run at the district or school level, producing expected results without impacting existing reporting workflows.

Director’s Reports Updated to Reassign Former N‑Count Students to Grade Levels

Following the recent update that removed all handling of N‑grade students from the Tennessee Director’s Membership reports, this release has enhanced how students previously associated with N‑count option codes (7, 8, or 9) are included in reporting. These students are now appropriately returned to their standard grade‑level counts, ensuring that membership and attendance totals remain complete and accurate after the removal of N‑grade sections.

CSAT - New Driver’s Permit Form Report Now Available for Tennessee Districts!

A new Driver’s Permit Form report has been introduced in the Tennessee Compliance Reports, an enhancement requested by districts to better support student credentialing needs. Available in the Miscellaneous Reports section, the report allows districts to generate official driver’s permit forms as PDF files for selected students or in bulk.
To enable school branding on the form, schools should upload a logo using the Manage Customs Page, and then select the uploaded logo on the School Info page; all other required student and school information is automatically populated from the system.

CSAT: A new EduID Search Option on the PowerSchool Home Page

This release has introduced a new EduID Search on the PowerSchool Home page for both Student and Staff views, similar to existing Student Classification search functionality. Requested to improve everyday usability, this enhancement allows users to search for active students and staff using EduID, expanding existing search capabilities. As a result, users can locate records more quickly and confidently, especially in scenarios where EduID is the primary identifier, without changing current workflows or search behavior.
