Incorrect SEOA EdOrgID When Student Has No Non-Lunch Classification

The SEOA record always publishes the district EdOrgID, across all enrollment scenarios in the current school year.

Note: To correct any students records that may have the SchoolID, once updated to this state reporting version, do a Publish All from the district level for all Students Enrollments and Demographics category. Support for the Ed‑Fi API v7.3 was included in the previous state reporting release; this state reporting release adds support for Ed‑Fi API v6.0 as well.

Ed-Fi: Update Rotation class period updates

This release improves the accuracy of rotation class period publishing for TN Ed‑Fi by including the Cycle Day directly in the Class Period name. Previously, a single class period could be associated with multiple bell schedules, causing rotation classes to appear as if they met every day. By adding Cycle Day to the Class Period name, SWORD will now distinguish periods by cycle day, ensuring sections link to the correct rotation day and improving downstream reporting, including CTE ADM calculations

Note: To ensure your data updates correctly in the ODS after the deployment, perform the following steps before May 15:

1. Run Publish Changes for:

   • School Info

   • Schedules

2. If errors appear for previously published Bell Schedule periods, run Publish Changes once more for:

   • School Info

This additional publish will remove outdated Class Periods and clear the errors.
