The TN Ed-Fi implementation has been updated to support the newer Ed‑Fi API (v7.3). This includes a new Ed‑Fi Profile Type for v7.3, available on the Profile Configuration page within PowerSchool Data Exchange (DEX) Setup. This profile should be used when configuring Ed‑Fi credentials for the 2026–27 school year. In addition, a new 2026–27 school year prompt is now available on the General Setup page and should be selected when using the new profile. |

When requesting a new Edu‑ID in Tennessee, an update has been made to a limited scenario where the search returns a single result. Previously, only in this situation, the system auto‑populated the Edu‑ID and Legacy ID fields on the Student Compliance page based on that single result, without user selection. This Framework behavior has now been overridden for TN so that these fields populate only after a user intentionally selects a student and proceeds. |
