Ed‑Fi: Attendance Incorrectly Publishing as Present for Multi‑Period Sections |
An issue has been resolved where attendance was incorrectly published for students assigned to course sections with a multi‑period setup across different cycle days. Previously, the system had summed up minutes for a day with all scheduled periods for a course regardless of the configured cycle day. This inflated the Potential Minutes and resulted in absent students being marked as present. Note: After applying this update, districts are requested to run a Publish Changes from the Data Exchange Dashboard for the Attendance Category. |
