NOVA - Staff records don't publish without an SSN |
The staff publishing logic has been updated and now, if the SSN is not present in a users record, the identificationCode portion of the staff record will not be present. This will allow staff without an SSN to publish successfully. If a staff has an SSN, it will be published in the identificationCode portion of the record. Note: Due to the SSN being optional for NOVA reporting, districts can clear this value from staff records if they wish. |
