PSSR-381682	NOVA - Sped Event 40 - Autogeneration	A studentSpecialEducationAssociationEvents record with specialEducationEventTypeDescriptor - 40 will now be generated when all the following conditions are met on the Special Ed Events page: “The LEA assures that compliance has been met for the following Post-secondary Transition Goals. NOW Required for 14 and older” field is checked. “Post-secondary Transition Goals Compliance Date” that is within the current reporting year or within 365 days of the term start date. There are no records created with Event Type Code 40 from any child table.
