All States: Logic Updates to the CRDC Loader Report Output

• The Loader Report output will now display a detailed list of the school(s) for which the report has been run.

• If the Loader Report is run for the District Office, it will list all the schools associated with the district, each appearing on a separate line.

The CRDC Report from the System Report has now been removed to avoid confusion. The CRDC Reports are only available for the required states under the Compliance Reports or the State Reports screen.

The logic of DISC-23 has been fixed and it will no longer consider a student who doesn’t have the race/ethnicity or a gender entered.

New Column for NOVA Pass/Fail Grade Mapping added at the Grade Scale Item level

A new column for NOVA Pass/Fail Grade Mapping is now available at the Grade Scale Item level to support the publishing logic for reporting Pass/Fail grades as Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory.

Path: Start Page > District Management > District Setup > Academic Grade Scale > Edit existing or create new Grade Scale

The valid values of the dropdown are:

• Blank (default)

• S - Satisfactory

• U - Unsatisfactory

Note: Only for grades that are used for pass/fail courses/sections, map the applicable passing grade to the value of S (Satisfactory) and the applicable failing grade to the value of U (Unsatisfactory). Do not map the F grade in a standard, A-F grading scale.

NOVA - (parents) Student Contact Email Logic Update for Student Contacts

The parents resource logic to publish email from Student Contacts is now updated.

• If a single email exists for a contact, the email will get published irrespective of whether it is marked primary or current.

• If multiple emails exist for a contact, the email marked as primary will get published.

• If multiple emails exist for a contact, and none is marked primary, email will not be published

NOVA - New Resource - (grades) Grades

Additional Reference: PSSR-374963

A new resource Grades is now available to be published to NOVA. The resource will publish all the historical stored grades for all current year enrollments for students in grade levels 7-12. Both letter and numeric grades will be published.

An additional update to publish Pass/Fail grades as Satisfactory (S)/Unsatisfactory (U) will follow in a subsequent release.
