Incident Management Code and Subcode updates

The following Action Codes have been deprecated in PowerSchool Incident Management:

  • 10 Restraint^

  • 11 Seclusion^

  • 12 Police Called (not Restrained/Secluded)^

The following Action Codes now have updated descriptions in PowerSchool Incident Management:

  • Action Code 13 No Disciplinary Action is now 13 No Disciplinary Action - Gun Only^.

The following Action Code has been added in PowerSchool Incident Management:

  • Restraint or Seclusion - No Disc Action

The following New Action Attributes have been added in PowerSchool Incident Management:

  • Restraint - Physical

    • No

    • Yes
