PSSR-398819 | 2025-26 Incident Management Code Updates | Action Codes, Behavior Codes, and Weapon Codes in PowerSchool Incident Management have been updated as per the State’s 2025-26 school year updates. Districts on PS SIS Core 25.5.0.0 or higher will no longer see the deprecated codes in Incident Management for incidents with incident dates greater than 31st July 2025. Districts on PS SIS Core 25.5.0.0 or lower will see the deprecated codes prefixed with DO NOT USE. |
PSSR-401278 | BEP Program Fact Language Code Updates | BEP Program Fact Language Codes have been updated in PowerSchool on the following pages to align with the state’s list of languages.

PSSR-403241 | Foster Custodial Authority - Dropdown updates | The Foster Custodial Authority dropdown values were updated to align with descriptor values. New values "Tribal Entity" and "Private Entity" will replace "Tribal Entities" and "Private Entities". |
PSSR-398849 | NOVA - (studentEducationOrganizationAssociations) Student Demographics - Updates to to publish Foster Care and Gifted Characteristics | The (studentEducationOrganizationAssociation) Student Demographics resource has been updated to publish a new studentCharacteristic - Foster Care, containing the fosterCustodialAuthorityDescriptor element. This characteristic will be published only when the student is marked as a Foster Care student in PowerSchool. Additionally, the new elements - beginDate (Gifted Start Date), endDate (Gifted End Date), and staffUniqueId (Gifted Caseload Manager) will be published as part of the Gifted studentCharacteristic. |
PSSR-403484 | Purging IEP Child Table records with no start date | Any child table records in S_NM_STU_IEP_C with a blank start date have been purged from PowerSchool. Such records could have erroneously been created by a script that shipped in State Reporting release 25.8.2.0. The script created a child table record for a scenario where the student was active in SPED for a duration during the 2025-26 school year. |
PSSR-398840 | Staff Development Fact - 2025-26 Updates | The value ELTP in the Activity Code dropdown list on the Staff Assessment Fact page has been deprecated (greyed out and moved to the bottom). The field for Purpose Code has been removed from the New/Edit Staff Development Fact page and also from the table on the Staff Development Fact landing page. Additionally, 24 - Fort Sill Apache has been added as a new Tribal Affiliation on the Staff Education, Salary, Misc Information page. |
PSSR-402147 | Student Assessment Fact - 2025-26 Data Collection Updates | A new value (AISIP) Amira ISIP is now added to the Scoring Model Code dropdown list on the New/Edit Assessment Fact page in PowerSchool. Additionally, the following fields, which are not used for NOVA reporting, have been removed from the page.
