Discipline Incidents Letters report: Version 1.8

The Discipline Incident Letters report has been updated and will now correctly report qualifying incidents that may have occurred outside of a student's school enrollment.

The DateLeft value on the CC table record will now be published as the endDate on the (studentSectionAssociation) Student Sections resource records.

Special Ed Events - Non-compliance Reason dropdown updates

The Non-compliance Reason dropdown values have been updated with the following new values:

• 40 (Evaluation extended by mutual written agreement)

• 41 (Parent of a child repeatedly fails or refuses to produce the child for the evaluation)

• 42 (On the child's 3rd birthday in the Summer, the IEP team determined to implement services after the birthday)

• 43 (Internal delays in scheduling evaluation)

• 44 (Eligible for early intervention services under Part C less than 90 days before the 3rd birthday)

The following values have been moved under the Discontinued section at the bottom of the dropdown list, as they have been deprecated by the PED for SY 2026:

• 18 (Part C referred child less than 90 days before the child’s 3rd birthday)

• 31 (Evaluation scheduling issues/Difficulty scheduling IEP with parent/Evaluation delays)

• 32 (60th day/3rd birthday on weekend, holiday or during other school closure)

• 33 (parent request delay in IEP meeting)

• 34 (Parent request delay in completion of evaluation (11))

Older values under the Discontinued header have been removed altogether.

Transportation Page Updates

The Vehicles tab on the district-level Transportation Domain Setup page has been updated with the following changes:

• A new value, SPA - Spare Bus, has been added to the Route ID dropdown.

• 2 new values, ELE - Electric and PRO - Propane, have now been added to the Fuel Type Code dropdown.
