PSSR-382260 | Changes to enable selection of as-of-date to publish Student Demographics data | NOVA Reporting Dates page is now updated with a checkbox next to each reporting period, which can be selected by users. Only 1 checkbox can be selected by the user to indicate the as-of-date for publishing Student Demographics records. The date based on the checkbox selected is displayed on the Ed-Fi dashboard for the district and school. |

PSSR-382534 | NOVA - (gradingPeriods) Grading Period updates to publish mini terms | The gradingPeriods publishing logic has been updated to publish mini terms as well. This will also resolve any issues with Student Grades (grades) not publishing due to a missing grading period. |
PSSR-382393 | Updates to Final Grade Store Code field | The Student Grades Final Grade Store Code can now take values up to 30 characters, enabling entry of multiple Final Grade Store codes. Multiple store codes can be entered and must be separated by a comma without any spaces (example: S1,S2). The field validates that the values entered are in the format: (xx,xx,xx,xx….). |
PSSR-384857 | Updates to the Final Grade Mapping Page to refer to the S_NM_FinalGradeStoreCode_S table | The Final Grade Mapping Page has been updated to directly reference the S_NM_FinalGradeStoreCode_S table instead of virtual tables to prevent display issues. The main landing page and the new/edit pages now look at the standalone table/fields. These updates ensure that records save, edit, delete, and display as expected. |
PSSR-383470 | Ed-Fi Framework: Display 'As of Date' on the Dashboard | A new field Student Demographic Data As Of Date: is displayed on the ed-fi dashboard which is the reporting period date based on which the student demographic publishing happens. This field is displayed only for New Mexico state. |
