The Yearly Medication Administration Report output was not displaying all the behavior codes associated with an incident correctly. This issue has now been resolved.

NOVA - (disciplineActions) Discipline Action resource will now publish 0 in the action length if the assigned or actual duration of the action in PowerSchool is 0.

Prior to this update, if the actual and assigned duration of the action in PowerSchool was 0, the action length was not published in the Discipline Action resource.

The (disciplineActions) Discipline Action resource will now publish studentDisciplineIncidentBehaviorAssociations, which includes the following elements.

  • behaviorDescriptor

  • incidentIdentifier

  • schoolId

  • studentUniqueId

The (studentEducationOrganizationAssociations) Student Demographics resource has now been updated to ensure that no-show students are published.

NOVA - (studentEducationOrganizationAwards) Student Awards updates to handle multiple enrollments

NOVA - (studentEducationOrganizationAwards) Student Awards resource is now updated to publish Award Fact records correctly when a student has multiple enrollments in different schools in the reporting year.

This update addresses a known issue with Award Fact records not publishing when the Award Date is in a prior enrollment with a school that is different from the current enrollment.
