Staff Assignment Interchange (2025‑2026) | PowerSchool SIS Compliance

Introduction

This report will be used to export data into Business Plus via SFTP delivery. It is not for direct CDE submission.

Selection Criteria

Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.

Student Selection

The report selects staff assignment records based on the following criteria:

The report extracts one record per district per job assignment for each staff active in the selected school year.
If Start Date/End Date is not entered, then report will pull the data for the school year term
The staff must have employment history records.

Report Input

Field	Description
Select Schools*	Select Multiple Schools using Ctrl+Click or Shift+Click to select a range of schools. User can also select the All Schools option to select all schools.
Schools Year	Select the required school year.
Start Date	Select the report start date.
End Date	Select the report end date.
Include staff excluded from state reporting	Select Yes to include staff excluded from state reporting.
File name prefix (optional)	Enter a prefix for the output file name, if required.
SFTP Connection (optional)	Select the required value.
