CCGI Test Grade Report

Overview

The CCGI Test Grade Data Element report is a California state-specific report designed to extract standardized test results (CAASPP, SAT, ACT, AP, etc.) for CCGI upload. This report is an optional component of the College Career Guidance Initiative (CCGI) submission package.

Purpose

This report serves as an optional data file for CCGI submission, providing essential standardized test information including:

Test names and dates

Student test participation records

Test attributes and scores (reserved for future implementation)

Linkage between students and their test results

Report Requirements

Important: Confirm that all test scores are accurate and formatted per CCGI requirements. All test details for students associated with currently selected schools and terms will be extracted.

Eligibility

This report includes students in grades 9-12 with test records that have valid school ID, grade level, and term ID.

File Naming Convention

District-level: [DistrictName]_TestGrade_Template_[YYYYMMDD].csv

Subdistrict-level: [SubDistrictName]_TestGrade_Template_[YYYYMMDD].csv

Report Input

Field	Description
Select Schools	Unique identifiers for the schools to include in the report. Select schools using Ctrl+Click for multiple selections. Only schools included in state reporting are available. This is a required field.
Select Students	Use the Student Selection page to filter and select students for the report. This is a required field.
SFTP connections	Select the SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) connection to upload the report. The report uploads automatically to the selected server under the `/test_grade/` directory after completion. This is a required field.
