CCGI Manifest File Report
Introduction
Overview
The CCGI Manifest File report is a California state-specific report designed to generate the manifest file required for submission of CCGI data. The manifest file serves as a control record that provides metadata about all submission files in the CCGI package.
Purpose
This report serves as the final step in creating a complete CCGI submission package by:
Listing all data files included in the submission
Providing metadata about the submission files (student file, course grade file, test grade file)
Serving as a control record for the CCGI system to validate completeness
Ensuring all expected data files are included in the submission package
Report Requirements
Important: Use this report to generate the Manifest File for your submission package. Select the file names that need to be considered by CCGI as the latest. You must run the Student Data Elements and Course Grade reports before generating the manifest.

Student File Selection | Select the Student Data Elements file to include in the manifest. The dropdown shows the 10 most recent student files. Choose the file with the most current and accurate student data for this submission. This is a required field. |
Course Grade File Selection | Select the Course Grade Data Elements file to include in the manifest. The dropdown shows the 10 most recent course grade files. Choose the file with the most current and accurate course grade data for this submission. This is a required field. |
Test Details File Selection | Optionally select the Test Grade Data Elements file to include in the manifest. The dropdown defaults to "Optional: Select Test Details File," followed by the 10 most recent test grade files. If test data is unavailable or not applicable, keep the default "Optional" selection. This is an optional field. |
SFTP connections | Select the SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) connection to upload the manifest file. The manifest uploads automatically to the selected SFTP server under the |
