Texas Basic Reporting Period Attendance now correctly displays student absences

The Texas Basic Reporting Period Attendance page (Start page > Student > Compliance > Basic reporting period attendance) now correctly displays student absences when students have multiple track changes within the same reporting period. An improvement in the attendance calculation logic ensures that absences are properly aggregated rather than overwritten when track changes occur.
Previously, when a student changed tracks during a reporting period (such as moving from No Track to Track B and back to No Track), absences from earlier date ranges were being overwritten by the data from later date ranges, causing some absences to not appear in the attendance summary. This enhancement benefits both the Basic Reporting Period Attendance page and related Reporting Period Attendance resources in the Ed-Fi Data Exchange (DEX) module, ensuring consistent and accurate attendance data across the system.
