PSSR-366885 | New Auto-code process for PEIMS General Records | A new Auto-code process is added to the Nightly Process Dashboard to ensure that the PEIMS General records are automatically created for newly enrolled students in case they were missed in the DCF process. |
PSSR-362434 | Special Education and Career Tech Reporting Period Attendance calculation process updates | The Career Tech Attendance calculation process now rolls up the V-hours of the classes taught on the same Service ID during the same reporting period. The maximum V-hours can be 3 per Service ID. The Special Ed Attendance calculation process now calculates the Excess Hours based on the total contact hours of the Career Tech classes along with Special-Ed Instructional Setting Multiplier to ensure the correct values are reported. |
