Texas State Reporting: Enhanced Ed-Fi Daily Attendance Calculation Process

A new attendance calculation process has been implemented for Texas Ed-Fi Daily Attendance reporting. This update creates a dedicated table to store calculated daily attendance values, including absences, flex attendance, Rural Pathway Excellence Partnership (RPEP), Additional Days School Year (ADSY), and Extended School Year (ESY). This enhancement improves performance by offloading attendance calculations to the nightly process, reducing dependency on the main attendance table.

TX - Rural Pathway Excellence Partnership Program (RPEP) Attendance Calculation Improved

The attendance calculation for Rural Pathway Excellence Partnership Program (RPEP) participants has been enhanced. The system now correctly processes RPEP attendance data, resolving a previous issue that prevented the Basic Attendance page from loading when specific RPEP attendance records were present in the system.
