Discipline Incidents Letters Report: Version 1.8

The Discipline Incident Letters report has been updated and will now correctly report qualifying incidents that may have occurred outside of a student's school enrollment.

A new Boolean field, Preschool Outcomes Reporting (E3098), has been added under District Management > PEIMS and TSDS Data Collection to indicate LEA eligibility for early childhood special education reporting.

A new Chronic Absenteeism Tracking tab has been added under Select a Student > Compliance > Truancy Tracking, allowing users to view school year-wise absence and enrollment data.

The AT-Risk Report now includes a new Chronic Absenteeism field on the Report Parameter page, with automated status logic and messaging to reflect student absence trends and update AT-Risk program accordingly.

A new nightly process, Chronic Absenteeism Auto-Code, has been added to the Nightly Process Dashboard – TX, combining Truancy and Chronic Absenteeism logic to automatically identify students absent for 10% or more instructional days

Truancy Criteria Added to At-Risk Reporting

A new Truancy field has been added under At-Risk Elements on the Report Parameter page to flag students with 10+ unexcused absences in a six-month period. AT-Risk program statuses will be automatically updated using Truancy logic.
