Add a new column NumberOfHoursInRPEP to Basic Reporting Period Attendance

A new column, "Number of Hours in R-PEP," has been added to the Reporting Period Attendance - Basic UI and the corresponding table S_TX_STU_ATT_BASIC_C. This update supports the availability of the new element in DEX Reporting for Summer.

All States/Provinces: Minimum PowerSchool Version for State Reporting - 24.3.0.2

The minimum supported version on PowerSchool SIS State/Provincial Reporting installer is updated and can now be installed on PowerSchool SIS 24.3.0.2 or later.

Nightly Process Updates for Number of Hours in R-PEP element in Basic Reporting Period Attendance

The Nightly Process for Reporting Period Attendance now calculates the "Number of Hours in R-PEP" based on participation in the R-PEP Special Program. This value is aggregated for each Reporting Period, considering Eligible Days, and is then populated in the S_TX_STU_ATT_BASIC_C table.

PSSR-377899

Validations have been updated for Secondary and Tertiary Disability Development Delay

The validation criteria for adding a Special Education Record with a Secondary or Tertiary Disability classified as 12 Developmental Delay have been updated. Previously, the system restricted eligibility to students under the age of 3. Now, students aged 3 to 10 are eligible to be categorised under this classification.
