Individual Program Planning (IPP) Information Report (Obsolete)

This report identifies students who have GLA -English Language Arts, GLA-French Language Arts or GLA-Mathematics and IPP Met - Foundational Skills, IPP Met - Academic Readiness Skills, or IPP Met - Life Skills data selected in the Grade Level Achievement (GLA) report.

If the student is assigned a standard grade for either an English or French GLA class, then the IPP Skills fields must be blank. If any of the IPP Skills fields are populated, then no standard grades can be assigned for either English or French GLA classes.

The report identifies students that have conflicting values so that manual correction can be made. Data output for the IPP Audit Report should be corrected prior to running the GLA report. This report should be run at the school level.

Students to Include

Indicate which students to include in the report by selecting one of the following options:

The selected [number] students only – Run the report for students in the current selection.
All students – Run the report for all students in the current school or district that meet the selection criteria.

Note: If running the report for a single student, or group of students, select the students prior to running report.

Store Code

Choose the store code from the popup menu.

Note: Select the unique standards store code used by all schools in the district to retrieve GLA data for this report.
