School Course Marks (SCM) Set Default Values (Obsolete)
Introduction
This report populates default values for Alberta-specific fields on the Sections and Student Course Enrollments (CC), if those values are currently not populated.
The following fields on the Sections table are set to default values if they are currently not populated:
Course Completion External Credential = N
Course Completion Funding Schedule = REG
Primary Delivery Method Code = REG
Language Code = EN
The following fields on the CC table are set to default values if they are currently not populated:
Course Completion Fund Flag = Y. This is set to N for a dropped course.
Course Completion External Credential = REG
Course Completion Status Code = COM. This is set to WDR for a dropped course.
Course Completion Method Code = REG
It is recommended to set default values prior to running the validation report and reporting course enrollment and marks to the Department of Education.
Important: With PASI integration it is no longer necessary to run this report for Sections.

Use | If run at the district level, choose one of the following from the pop-up menu:
If run at the school level, the report includes all records associated with the current school that meet the selection criteria. To change the current school, click School at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list. |
Select Table | Choose one of the following from the pop-up menu:
When the CC table is selected, additional parameters are available. See below. |
Select Fields * (Leave blank to update all) | Select the fields to set default values from the list below:
When blank defaults values are set for all fields. |
Select Term * | Select the term for course enrollments for processing defaults. |
Exclude Dropped Classes * | Indicate if dropped classes are excluded from processing defaults. |
Diploma or Non-diploma Exam Courses | Choose one of the following from the pop-up menu:
