Use

If run at the district level, choose one of the following from the pop-up menu:

• Default – District Wide. Includes all records on the PowerSchool server that meet selection criteria.

• Current School Only – Includes all records associated with the current school that meet the selection criteria.

• District Wide – Includes all records on the PowerSchool server that meet the selection criteria.

If run at the school level, the report includes all records associated with the current school that meet the selection criteria. To change the current school, click School at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list.

Run Report For

Choose a Report Period to be scanned from the pop-up menu:

• September 30, data (default)

• March 1, data

• Summer School

Summer School Start Date

Enter a valid summer school start date.

Note: The summer school start date field is only active when summer school is selected in Run Reports For.

Consider the date range when running this report. The date range for summer school does not identify a unique set of students. The output file will report all summer school enrollments for each student in the reporting period defined.

Enter a valid summer school end date.

For Pre-Kindergarten Students

Select an option for PK students below:

• Option 1 - Report Pre-kindergarten students with Grant Program codes of 301 and 303 as well as Special Education Program codes of 10, 30 and 47.

• Option 2 - Report Pre-kindergarten students found in option 1 and include additional students with codes 40-46.

• Option 3 - Report all Pre-Kindergarten students, regardless of code.
