PSSR-288231	All States/Provinces: APEX Report Updates	Updates have been made to the following APEX reports and the new, updated version numbers are listed below: Asset Inventory: Version 2.0 Asset Management: Version 2.0 Contact Relationship Details: Version 2.0 Courses List: Version 2.0 Current Grades: Version 2.0 Historical Grades: Version 2.0 Note: This report is designed to replace the Student Grades report. Historical Grades 2.0 has a new report ID and will not automatically replace the old Student Grades report. Users can publish this new report when ready and consider unpublishing the old Student Grades report. The report was also renamed to sufficiently differentiate it from the Current Grades report. Standard Grades: Version 2.0 Student Demographics Plus: Version 2.0
PSSR-280849	All States/Provinces: Attendance Profile Report Updates	Additional Reference: PSSR-289267, PSSR-284634, PSSR-281373, and PSSR-296964 Attendance Profile Report: Version 1.5 The following updates to the Attendance Profile Report have been made: The minutes absent are calculated based on the daily attendance clock in/out time. The report is sorted as follows Last Name: List students in alphabetical order Grade Level: List students by grade level (descending order) and then in alphabetical order Homeroom: List students alphabetically by homeroom, homerooms are listed in alphabetical order or in descending order if homeroom values are numeric Invalid data for clock in/out time is fixed The Guardian Name will now consistently be extracted When daily attendance is used, will only report the daily attendance data.
PSSR-280358	All States/Provinces: Career Tech Credentials Report Renamed	Academic and Career Plan Credentials Report: Version 1.1 The Career Tech Credentials Report has been renamed to Academic and Career Plan Credentials Report to match the Academic and Career Plan Credentials functionality in PowerSchool SIS.
PSSR-297623	All States/Provinces: Health Office Visit Detail Report Update	Health Office Visit Details Report: Version 1.2 The Office Visit Detail can fail if the VisitReason, Treatment, Procedure, VisitOutcome, and Assessment values exceed 4000 characters. To prevent the report from failing, it will now truncate values in the columns noted above so the combined length does not exceed 4000 characters.
PSSR-286262	All States/Provinces: Minimum PowerSchool Version for State Reporting - 21.11.1.0	The minimum supported version on PowerSchool SIS State/Provincial Reporting installer is updated and can now be installed on PowerSchool SIS 21.11.1.0 or later. For details refer to PowerSchool SIS – Supported PowerSchool Versions.
PSSR-299074	Birth Country Codes Field Update	The pop-up list for Birth Country Codes on the student General tab is updated to re-enable the function to auto-populate the field with the selected value.
PSSR-300023	Student Behavior Administrative Response (SBAR): Additional C Records from Historical Enrollments	The Student Behavior Administrative Response (SBAR) report is updated to generate one record from the school of enrollment when the Incident record was created.
PSSR-298660	Student Record Collection 2022-23: UI Updates	The Student Student record collection has been updated as per the DOE requirements 2022-23. The changes have been introduced in the below fields: CTE Finisher Code: Start Page > Student Selection > Virginia CTE tab List is updated to include a new CTE Finisher code - ”(7) Completed at least 3 state-approved Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (JROTC) courses.” Internet Access For Remote Learning: Start Page > Student Selection > General List is updated to discontinue codes “3” and “Other (4)”. The description for code “7” is updated. Code value "No internet connection at home due to service availability (8)" is added. Device Access For Remote Learning: Start Page > Student Selection > General List is updated to discontinue codes “7” and “8”.
PSSR-298806	Student Record Collection Report Update 2022-23	Student Record Collection - Spring: Version 5.8 Student Record Collection - EOY: Version 6.1 Student Record Collection - Special Ed (Dec 1): Version 5.1 Student Record Collection - EIMS: Version 5.1 The above-listed reports are updated to display selected values for the Internet Access and Device Access for Remote Learning columns when the report runtime parameter to include all fields is set to Yes. If No is selected, the values are not extracted. Yes is selected by default.
PSSR-294173	Update of VA Test Score Import Results Preview Page	The Validation Results Preview page for the VA Test Score Import process is updated to include a column for Vertical Scaled Score. The page now displays the following fields: Name, Grade Level, Test Administration, Test Date, Test Type, Test, Substitute Test, Test Scaled Score, Reporting Category Scaled Score 1-7, Vertical Scaled Score, and Performance Level.
PSSR-298166	SOL Test Scores Student Page: Add Display Column for Vertical Scaled Score	SOL Test Scores page is updated to add a new “Vertical Scaled Score” field for students after the Performance Level column.
