A new field, Include Out of District Grades in Work in Progress? is added on the report running page. If this field is selected, the report prints the classes taken at schools outside of the school district on the Transcript as work in progress.

VA State Transcript: Version 4.1
The VA State Transcript Report is updated to generate transcript data when the selected current school is the Graduated Students School. This school should only be selected if the student has previously been moved to the Graduated Students School and is the only student in selection. The flag to include graduated students is not required for this school.
