State Reporting Setup

Introduction

Virginia State Reporting Setup provides detailed information on the data elements required to produce accurate Virginia state reports. You must add these data elements and their related code values prior to running state reports. The information in this section is grouped by the District, School, Staff, and Student setup items.

Many of the setup elements must be populated with report-specific details before running the reports. Some of these items are configured during PowerSchool implementation. PowerSchool Online Help is also available to assist with the setup of Virginia state reporting.
