SBAR Report Update: New Data Column for Hours Sanctioned |
The SBAR report is updated to allow users to report the number of Hours Sanctioned as a result of an offender's behavior. The template is updated to extract the value from ‘Actual Duration Code’ after ‘Alternate Placement School’ column if an offender has been assigned an action with an actual duration code value and the Duration Code is set to ‘Hours^’. For the field, a maximum of 3 numbers is allowed. If there is no value, nothing is extracted. The template is updated to print the header ‘Hours Sanctioned’ in the D Record after the existing column ‘Alternate Placement School’ when the option to print headers is selected. |
