State Reporting 22.7.3.0 Release Notes

Attendance Change History Report: Version 1.1

The Attendance Change History report page has been updated and now the report parameter drop-down boxes will populate as expected after moving the view to a repo schema call.

To support the Entry/Exit Code changes in PowerSchool 22.5.0 and maintain backward compatibility with earlier versions of PowerSchool, updates have been made and now the end users will see the following:

• PowerSchool version 22.5.0 (or greater) - The Entry/Exit Codes will show as inactive after the defined effective end date.
• PowerSchool versions prior to 22.5.0 - Entry/Exit Codes will behave as they always have (cannot be inactivated).

Student incident Profile: Version 1.2

The Student Incident Profile report has been updated and will now print the incident description up to 4000 characters.

The validation has been updated and this error will no longer propagate in the system log.

Contact Tracing Report: Version 1.5

The Contact Tracing report has been updated to resolve the following error:

ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row.

The Incident Management Script to Load Codes/Subcodes has been updated to create new attributes to improve the visibility of victim count by victim type.  The new attributes are Student Victims^, Staff Victims^, Other Adult^, and Other Unknown^ with sub-attributes of counts 1 through 5 and Other.  Other should be used for a victim count that exceeds 5 but can be numerically specified (i.e. 15).  A new attribute category has been created for Indeterminate Victim Flag^.  The prior codes used for the 2021-2022 submission are updated with 'Do Not Use - 2022' and should not be used for the 2022-23 submission year.  To see and use the new codes, the Load Codes/Subcodes script must be run from the District Office.

Individual Student Records Collection Data Verification Report: Version 2.5

The Individual Student Records Collection Data Verification report displays the student’s legal name if available.

Verified Credit Graduation Progress Report: Version 1.6

The Verified Credit Graduation Progress report displays the student’s legal name if available.

SOL Graduation Status Update Report: Version 1.3

The SOL Graduation Status report displays the student’s legal name if available.

Ethnicity and Race Code Updater Report: Version 1.1

The Ethnicity and Race Code Updater report displays the student’s legal name if available.

The VA Student Test Score Import validation process has been re-enabled to check for duplicate SOL records.  An alert is displayed if a duplicate matching record is found in the database for the import record in progress.

The VA Student Test Score Import process has been updated to import the scores correctly without a generating a date validation error.

Student Behavior and Administrative Response (SBAR) : Version 1.7
The SBAR report is updated to extract the correct number of C and D records qualifying students that were transferred to another school in the District.  The reporting records now align with the school of enrollment for the student at the time of the reported incident.
