PSSR-290401 | Incident Management: Script Update for Victim Counts | The Incident Management Script to Load Codes/Subcodes has been updated to create new attributes to improve the visibility of victim count by victim type. The new attributes are Student Victims^, Staff Victims^, Other Adult^, and Other Unknown^ with sub-attributes of counts 1 through 5 and Other. Other should be used for a victim count that exceeds 5 but can be numerically specified (i.e. 15). A new attribute category has been created for Indeterminate Victim Flag^. The prior codes used for the 2021-2022 submission are updated with 'Do Not Use - 2022' and should not be used for the 2022-23 submission year. To see and use the new codes, the Load Codes/Subcodes script must be run from the District Office. |
