Schools to Include*

Choose one of the following:

• Current School Only – Includes all student records associated with the current school that meet the selection criteria. To change the current school, click School at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list.

• District Wide (default) – Includes all student records on the PowerSchool server that meet the selection criteria.

Note: To run the report from a school level yet extract District Wide results, select All Students and leave the grade level checkboxes unchecked.

Current Selection Students*

Indicates which students to include in the report by selecting one of the following options:

• The Selected [number] Students Only – Run the report for students in the current selection.

• All Students – Run the report for all students in the current school or district that meet the selection criteria.

Note: If running the report for a single student, or group of students, select the students prior to running the report.

Report Snapshot Date

Enter the date to extract the student records. The date is used to determine a student’s school enrollment and if possible, class enrollment. Students actively enrolled as of the selected snapshot date are included in the extract.

Include Non Public Students

If Yes is selected, non-public students are also included in the report output.

Student Name to Print

Select the relevant value from the drop-down list. For example, if Preferred Name is selected, the preferred name is printed on the output.

Output Students DCID in File

Choose Yes or No from the drop-down list.

If Yes is selected, student’s DCID is included in the output file.

This parameter helps when importing and exporting data from PowerSchool.

Perform a DELETE action for these records?

If enabled, the ACTION column in the output file is set to the value “DELETE” for all records. If disabled, the ACTION column is blank.

Math EOC Test Code

Identifies students who are qualified to take certain types of Math classes only. These classes are ALG01, ALG02, GEO01.

The Logic considers the overrride for Math (PARCC_Math_Test_Code) and any exclusions. and calculates based on the SCED code for the Match course. The Qualifying Math SCED Codes are:

• ALG02 = 056

• GE001 = 071, 072 or 073

No Scheduled Class (grades 03-08):
Output displays the appropriate MAT03 - MAT08 value based on the student's current grade level.
