Introduction

The report is used in completing state assessment registration and verification for students using the state TIDE system. Testing Attributes are applied to student records as part of a separate, secondary upload process in the Test Information Distribution Engine (TIDE).

Selection Criteria

Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. For the NJ School Enrollment Report, special program enrollment records are selected.

Student Selection

The student must be actively enrolled in a valid ELA or Math class on the Report Snapshot Date, OR have a Test Code Override populated under Student Selection, State/Province - NJ, NJSLA.
The student must be included in State Reporting.
The student must not have an Exit Date earlier than the Entry Date.

Multiple Record Generation

A student can have multiple records, one per testing attribute and per content area (ELA/Math).
Each attribute or accommodation type is represented as a separate record.

Field	Description
Schools to Include	Choose one of the following: Current School Only to include all student records associated with the current school meets the selection criteria. To change the current school, click the School link at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list. All Schools to include all student records on the PowerSchool server that meet the selection criteria.
Students to Include	Indicate which students to include in the report by selecting one of the following options: The selected [number] students only – Run the report for students in the current selection. All students – Run the report for all students in the current school that meet the selection criteria. Note: If running the report for a single student, or group of students, select the students prior to running report.
Report Snapshot Date	Enter the date used to extract the student roster records. Students are included in the extract if their current enrollment date matches the snapshot date.
