State Reporting 22.7.3.0 Release Notes

Attendance Change History Report: Version 1.1

The Attendance Change History report page has been updated and now the report parameter drop-down boxes will populate as expected after moving the view to a repo schema call.

To support the Entry/Exit Code changes in PowerSchool 22.5.0 and maintain backward compatibility with earlier versions of PowerSchool, updates have been made and now the end users will see the following:

• PowerSchool version 22.5.0 (or greater) - The Entry/Exit Codes will show as inactive after the defined effective end date.
• PowerSchool versions prior to 22.5.0 - Entry/Exit Codes will behave as they always have (cannot be inactivated).

Student incident Profile: Version 1.2

The Student Incident Profile report has been updated and will now print the incident description up to 4000 characters.

The validation has been updated and this error will no longer propagate in the system log.

Contact Tracing Report: Version 1.5

The Contact Tracing report has been updated to resolve the following error:

ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row.

All changes to Grad Exit Type and FAFSA fields will be captured on the Change History page.

Added a new field on Course - Scheduling Tab

Start Page > School Setup > Courses > [select a course] - Scheduling tab

• New section header to be created - Alabama State Reporting Information
• Name: Course Endorsements
• Type : Droplist
• Values: Endorsement Code from CodeSets table
• Position: First field under Alabama State Reporting Information

The text box size associated with the field "Destination School" when exit code WC1 is selected should be 90.

Increased the size of "CERTIFICATETYPE" field on "S_AL_USR_Teachercert_C" table from 50 to 200

Label on"Teacher Number" field (formerly ID) updated to "Employee ID" on Staff Information page.

Canada Provinces are removed from State Drop Down list in below page.

Counsellor Alert had added in teacher portal for Driver’s Ed
