State Reporting 23.1.2.0 Release Notes

PSSR-309568	All States/Provinces: ReportWorks Startup Time Update	The ReportWorks/SRP config files have now been modified to be called only through the re-initialization cycle. This improves the SRP startup times and avoids previously reported failures.
PSSR-311828	All States/Provinces: State Validation Tab Visible for All States	The State Validation tab that was introduced in SR 22.12.2 in error is now removed from the System Reports area of PowerSchool.
PSSR-308481	All States/Provinces: Student Incident Profile Report Update	Incident Profile Report: Version 1.3 The Incident Profile report has been updated and no longer duplicates incident data.
PSSR-285837	ALDOE 2022-2023 - Withdrawal Transfer Feature Updates	For Exit Codes PD5 and WD7, users can specify Destination District and Destination School from a drop list. For Exit Codes TA1, WA1, WB1 and TB1, Destination District and School drop list will no longer show Districts with Site Type 41 and 90. For Exit Codes TA2, TB2, WA2 and WB2, Destination District and School drop list will no longer show Districts with Site Type 72, 74, 76,82. It will now display Site Type 90 along with the existing Site Types. For Exit Codes WD5, Destination District and School drop list will no longer show Districts with Site Type 80 and 81. PSSR-311218	New County Fields on Student Dempgraphics Page	Two new county fields are added on Student Demographic page, Home Address - County Name, County Number and Mailing Address - County Name, County Number. These are read-only fields that have the same value as address county and mailing county fields after the transfer out of student. During the transfer out, the original county fields are cleared and these read-only fields retain the old values.
PSSR-309281	New Page 'Legislative Acts - AL' in Admin Login	New Page ‘Legislative Acts - AL’ available in Admin Login to capture Dyslexia, Summer Reading Camp and Promotion/Retention options for a student.
PSSR-311490	New Page “Legislative Acts – AL” Exposed in Teacher Login	New Page "Legislative Acts - AL" exposed in Teacher Login where Teachers can collect information related to “Literacy Act”.
PSSR-309034	New Private School Field on Student Pages	A new field that collects students' Private School information is added to Enroll student and Student Demographics page. This is collected only for School 4999
