PSSR-293276	Staff Position Records Updates	Staff Position Records updates are as follows: Staff Position records will now be available at the User level. All records on S_AL_SSF_StaffPosition_C table have been migrated to S_AL_USR_StaffPosition_C table. Staff Position audit records have been migrated. All Staff Position records of a staff member can be viewed on the Staff Position page of all associated schools. When creating a new staff position, users will be required to specify the school name in which the staff position is/was held. When a Staff association is removed from a School, the Staff Position records shall be retained. School Name is a new field on the S_AL_USR_StaffPosition_C table which will be populated with data from S_AL_SSF_StaffPosition_C table. But the Audit Tracking tables will not contain data for School Name for previous records.
PSSR-293372	AL - Withdrawal Transfer Feature - County field should not be required when transferring a student Out of State	When a student withdrawal’s/transfers out, its Exit Code is ‘WC1 (Transfer Out of State)’ then the County field should not be mandatory. Staff Position Records Updates

Staff Position Records updates are as follows:

Staff Position records will now be available at the User level. All records on S_AL_SSF_StaffPosition_C table have been migrated to S_AL_USR_StaffPosition_C table.
Staff Position audit records have been migrated.
All Staff Position records of a staff member can be viewed on the Staff Position page of all associated schools.
When creating a new staff position, users will be required to specify the school name in which the staff position is/was held.
