State Reporting 22.12.2.0 Release Notes

The reposchema is updated with a precondition to ensure the script runs (at the correct time); This will ensure all reports load as expected on the System Reports tab.

Path: Start Page, Select Student, State/Province - AL, then AL Custom tab

The changes to Birth Certificate Country can be viewed on the Change History link.

Path: Go to Start Page, Select Student, State/Province - AL, and click Home Language Survey.

• Renamed Country field to Country of Origin.
• The Country field on Home Language Survey is remapped to the Country of Origin (Immigrant and EL) field in DB.
• Migrated all records from Country (HLS) to Country of Origin (Immigrant and EL).

Path: Go to Start Page, Student Selection, Alabama State Reporting Information, and then select Home Language Survey

The Country of Origin field will default to United States (US) when “Yes” is selected as the answer to the question - Was your child born in the United States?

The Country of Origin droplist will now display from CodeSet table. The existing DB column COUNTRYOFORIGIN from S_AL_STU_FEDERAL_X will store CodeSetId instead of country code.

Values of following fields will be available on the Previous Enrollment page after a student has been transferred out of school:

• Home Address - County Field
• Mailing Address - County Fields

The following fields will clear out when a student is transferred out of school:

• Next Year Grade
• Priority
• Schedule This Student
• Year of Graduation
• Summer School Indicator
• Note for Summer School Admin
• Next School Indicator
