PSSR-290931	AL DOE Update (#382) - Course Scheduling page update	Navigation: Start Page > School Setup > Courses > [select a course] - Scheduling tab Course Endorsements field changed read-only text field. User should be able to view all Course Endorsement values when scheduling a Course at School level.

PSSR-291159	Transfer Feature Updates	County can be manually entered for Exit code WC1 State and Country is defaulted to Alabama and United States (US) for WA1,WA2,WA3,WA4,WB1,WB2,WB3,WD4,WD5 exit codes. For other exit codes County will be enterable only when State is 'AL'
