PSSR-436133	SIF Unity: Student School Enrollment Updates	The Enrollment-related pages are updated. Field renamed: "Accredited School" is now labeled "Accredited School Override" on all applicable pages (State/Enrollment, New Enrollment, New Student, Re-Enroll, Transfer). Smart enable/disable: The field is now automatically enabled only when the enrollment school is non-accredited, and disabled when the school is accredited — preventing unnecessary edits. The publishing of the Student School Enrollment object is updated. Correct publish behavior: When the override value is changed, the system now properly deletes the old Student School Enrollment and adds a corrected one, so the State receives a single, accurate record. Related Student Attendance Summary records are also republished with the correct enrollment reference. Known Issue: The Student Daily Attendance must be published manually since it is currently not tied to the Student School Enrollment. This will be fixed in a future update.
PSSR-444871	SIF Unity: Student School Enrollment Update	Updated the RefID generation logic when publishing Student School Enrollment objects to factor in the School Year. This ensures that `StudentSchoolEnrollmentRefIDs` created for enrollment records are unique across school years.
