This update ensures that graduate students are handled correctly if users follow the documented early graduation process when publishing records to the state.

• Early graduates are reported with the correct exit and graduation details, improving data accuracy in downstream systems.

• Behavior between the data change framework (DCF) and Dashboard publishing is consistent with standard publishing.

• No special configuration or manual cleanup is required.

Calendar Membership Type Codes Updated

The data entry on the Calendar Membership Type page now accepts a valid code for TOD (Teacher Only Day). Validation messaging has been updated to list all supported membership type codes. Entering an unsupported code will trigger an alert that shows the valid options.

Calendar Date Publishing Update

The Calendar Date object has been updated to support newly added Calendar Membership Type codes. The system now publishes the correct state‑required values as follows:

• MKUP publishes as MKUP,

• STRK publishes as Strike,

• TOD publishes as TeacherOnlyDay with the OtherCode set to NA,

• PD publishes as TeacherOnlyDay with OtherCode 01, and

• PT publishes as TeacherOnlyDay with OtherCode 02.

These updates ensure all new codes publish accurately on the Calendar Date object.
