All States/Provinces: Student Incident Profile Report - Update for Multiple Levels of Behavior Codes

Student Incident Profile Report: Version 1.12

The Student Incident Profile report has been updated and will now report up to three levels of behavior codes and subcodes correctly.

Known Issue: In PowerSchool, it is possible to create up to five levels of behavior codes. Due to a known issue, 4th and 5th level codes do not get associated correctly in the database making accurately reporting codes to these levels impossible. Once this known issue is addressed in a future Core update, this report will be updated to handle 4th and 5th level codes correctly.

Graduation Date Added to Calendar Summary for High School Reporting

A new optional Graduation Date field has been added to the Calendar Information section on the School Info page for High School calendars. When populated, this date is now included in the Calendar Summary publishing, meeting new state reporting requirements. If the field is left blank, publishing continues normally and the field is simply omitted. This update does not change any existing calendar or student‑level reporting behavior.

New Attendance Summary Category Added to Data Exchange

Daily Attendance: v1.6

Attendance Summary: v1.0

Student Attendance Summary now publishes under a new Attendance Summary category in the Data Exchange Dashboard. The previous Attendance category is renamed Daily Attendance and continues to include Student Daily Attendance and Attendance Code Info. This update separates Oklahoma‑specific summary reporting from daily attendance publishing.
