PSSR-430582	Basis of Admission Update	Oklahoma users can now select (FOY) Finishing Out the Year from the Basis of Admission list when entering or updating student enrollments. What’s Updated Data Entry Resolved an issue where the FOY code was disabled or unavailable in the list. The code has been re-enabled and appears in alphabetical order for selection. Users can select and save FOY on the student's enrollment record. Data Publishing & Reporting: The FOY admission code publishes accurately in Student School Enrollment (SSE) records (`EntryType/OtherCodeList/OtherCode`) per Oklahoma SIF Unity guidelines. Correctly displays in the Data Exchange (DEX) Data Viewer and the Student Master Register report.
PSSR-453497	Placement Reason Code Updates	Added new Placement Reason codes for `Oklahoma Bilingual` and `Oklahoma English Learner` programs. When adding or editing a student program under Student > Courses and Programs > All Student Programs, users can now select: `BI1633 - Native English Speaker (Optional)` for Oklahoma Bilingual `EL1633 - Native English Speaker (Optional)` for Oklahoma English Learners Selected placement reasons now accurately publish within the SIF Unity `StudentParticipation` object according to Oklahoma state reporting requirements. These codes are optional and districts may use them for tracking purposes only. These records get published to the state but don’t affect the English Learner or Bilingual status of the student.
PSSR-455316	Student Programs: Grade Level and School Update for 2026–2027	Active multi-year Student Program records did not reflect updated grade levels or school numbers after rollover into the 2026–2027 school year. A database update has been applied to automatically align all active Student Program records with the student's current 2026–2027 enrolled grade level and school number. All other program details—including entry dates, exit dates, and comments—remain unchanged.
