Student Incident Profile Report: Version 1.15

The Student Incident Profile Report now lets users control incident grouping in the report output.

The Page Break option appears under Order Report By. The Page Break options are Student, Incident, and None.

Grades (Student Section Marks) Publishing Update

The Grades (Student Section Marks) publishing rules are updated so that:

• Final grades earned in classes taken at other schools are now included.

• The query pulls enrollment data from both the current enrollment (Students) and prior enrollments (ReEnrollments), ensuring remote classes are correctly considered.

• Existing filters are retained so that:

  • Students flagged Exclude From Reporting are still excluded.

  • CRDC final grade store code configuration is honored:

    • When a CRDC configuration exists for the school/year with a storecodelist, only those store codes are published.

    • When no CRDC configuration exists, the default behavior is to publish only S1/S2 store codes.

Organization Schedules: Mark Info & Mark Value Info Update

Organization Schedules: Version 1.2

The Mark Info and Mark Value Info objects are updated so that marks are derived from the section or course grade scales, with a fallback to the school’s Default grade scale.

• Section/Course-based grade scale selection

  • Mark Info and Mark Value Info now determine the grade scale from:

    1. The section grade scale, when set.

    2. If the section grade scale is the same as the course, the course grade scale is used.

  • If neither is set, the school’s Default grade scale is published, so every school has at least one MarkValueInfo.

• MarkValueInfo publishes grade scales.

• MarkInfo publishes grade scale values.

• StudentSectionMarks MarkInfoRefId is aligned to the updated MarkInfo/MarkValueInfos RefIds after the grade scale changes.

Student Academic Record Now Publishes Complete Historical Data

The Student Academic Record has been updated to include all required elements, including historical course information, attendance history, enrollment history, and full course activity details. Publishing now returns the complete set of academic record data expected by the state, ensuring accurate and compliant transcript reporting.
