PSSR-378727

All States: CRDC 2023-2024 Report Update

Resolved an issue in the CRDC 2023–2024 report where Preschool English Learner indicators (PSCH‑2b/DISC‑1b) were reported incorrectly in PDF and CSV outputs.

Values now accurately reflect data entered in the UI, with proper handling of blank fields.

PSSR-437702

Homeless Unaccompanied Youth Programs Update

Additional Reference: PSSR-437876

Prerequisite Setup:

In District Office, navigate to Student Programs setup and add the two new programs listed above.

  • Oklahoma Homeless Unaccompanied Youth

  • Oklahoma Homeless M-V Unaccompanied Youth.

Note: Enable the Quick Lookup and State Compliance check boxes for each.

Data Entry Updates:

When these programs are configured, the Student Participation UI now correctly displays the required Homeless Program fields, including Placement Reason codes, Children (Birth–2 Years), and Children (3–5 Years).

Data Publishing Updates:

Previously, the "Program Other Code" for Homeless programs was being reported as H002 instead of the expected H003/H004 values, causing a data discrepancy with OSDE that affected multiple districts statewide. This update ensures Student Participation records publish with the correct codes.

PSSR-435798

Student Participation Update

When publishing student data, some students' Student Participation records were being generated twice. This occurred when a student's lunch program history start date included a time component (e.g., 09:35 AM) while the program start date was stored at 00:00 timestamp — causing the system to treat the same calendar day as two different entries.

This fix updates the comparison logic to use only the calendar date, ensuring each Student Participation record is published once as expected.

PSSR-433556

Student Academic Record (SAR) Publishing Update

The Student Academic Record (SAR) staging query had a dependency on School Info object data that was not being properly enforced. When the referenced School Info records were missing or stale in the publishing pipeline, the staging query for Student Academic Records would fail with a error rather than providing a clear dependency message.

The publishing of the Student Academic Record (SAR) now correctly handles the School Info dependency so that Student Academic Record data stages and publishes successfully without requiring manual re-publishing of prerequisite resources.

PSSR-433130

Staff Assignment Page Update

Additional Reference: PSSR-436735

The Staff Assignment page has been updated so that the Grade Level(s) Taught check boxes now display correctly for schools serving a single grade level. The Staff Assignment page also appears for the District Office.

The Staff Assignment at the District Office is a separate assignment and when saved generates a separate record that publishes to the state.

SIF Unity: Charter District Update

Additional Reference: PSSR-436504, PSSR-436505, PSSR-436506

Charter districts can now correctly publish data under the appropriate accredited school. Previously, all state reporting data was being published under a single accredited site, causing data for other accredited sites to be zero.

When the Charter District preference (PSSR_CharterDistrict) is enabled, the system now publishes the section information from non-accredited sites to their corresponding accredited schools. This ensures that course and section data are published under the correct accredited school for state reporting purposes.

The following objects are updated:

  • Section Info

  • Section Marks Info

  • Student Section Enrollments

  • Staff Section Assignments

  • Student Section Marks

Oklahoma charter districts that use the Is Charter District? preference (PSSR_CharterDistrict) are affected. Districts that do NOT use the Charter District preference will see no change in behavior.
