Fixed an issue where the Diagnostic Viewer repeatedly displayed a “Failed to determine School Organization ID” error even though publishing was not impacted. The background process now correctly identifies the school context, eliminating unnecessary error messages and improving Diagnostic Viewer clarity.

Discipline Incidents Publishing Update

Resolved an issue where Discipline Incident records failed to publish and displayed an error in the Diagnostic Viewer. The publishing logic has been corrected to handle multiple related records correctly and ensure only valid incident data is processed for the appropriate school year. Discipline Incidents now publish successfully without errors, ensuring accurate state reporting.

Organization Marks Update

The Mark Info and Mark Info Value SIF Unity objects have been reorganized and are now published under a new Organization Marks category in the Data Exchange Dashboard. All existing records were preserved and moved to the new category, which appears under Organization Schedules. Because Mark Info and Mark Value must be published before grades, this restructuring streamlines navigation and enhances the overall user experience.

Student School Enrollment Publishing Update

Fixed an issue where Student School Enrollment publishing could occasionally fail due to database locking conflicts, improving overall stability for SIF Unity publishing.

Student Section Enrollment Updates

When a student is transferred out during the school year or graduates early mid‑year, the system now automatically publishes delete events for any future‑dated Student Section Enrollments to the State. This ensures students are not reported as enrolled in sections after their exit date. Section enrollments on or before the transfer‑out date are unaffected, deletes are published even if the records were already removed locally, and duplicate delete events are prevented on reprocessing.

Transcript Publishing Update

Fixed an issue where Transcript publishing failed with an error indicating a supporting value exceeded the allowed limit. The root cause was the course description. The system now correctly handles long supporting values during Student Academic Record publishing, allowing Transcripts to publish successfully and preventing downstream dependency blocks such as Student Personal records.
