Tribal and Enrolled Tribal Affiliations Field Update

The following updates have been made for the Tribal and Enrolled Tribal Affiliations page:

• The tribal Affiliation field is still a multi-select but tribal codes can now be searched and selected in one go.

• The Enrolled Tribal Affiliation field will only display the values that are selected under the Tribal Affiliations field.

• The Enrolled Tribal Affiliation field is not mandatory anymore and admins can submit the page without selecting a value in it.
