Selection Criteria
-
The Student must not be excluded from state reporting.
-
The Student must have a State Student Number.
-
The Student must have a valid enrollment record for the current session.
-
The student's school must not be excluded from state reporting.
-
The Year ID must be correct.
Data Collection

For Food Service Program Records:
Data needed for the Food Services Program could be collected following the navigation: Start Page, Student Selection, Compliance, Food Service
Click New Food Service Program to create a new record.-
Enter the beginning date of the program under Program Entry Date.

Enter the end/exit date of/from the program under Program Exit Date.

Select the Eligibility Source value in the Eligibility Source field. The entered value defines the method of certification for meal benefits.

Select the Eligibility Status value in the Eligibility Status field. The entered value determines the student’s meal benefit eligibility.

Select the required school for the student’s program (student’s current school will be selected by default).

For Homeless Program Records:
Data needed for the Homeless could be collected following the navigation: Start Page, Student Selection, Compliance, Homeless
Click New Homeless Program to create a new record.-
Enter the beginning date of the program under Program Entry Date.

Enter the end/exit date of/from the program under Program Exit Date.

Select the required value for the Primary Night Time Residence.
-
Select Unaccompanied Youth if required.
-
Select the required school for the student’s program (student’s current school will be selected by default).
