State Reporting 23.6.1.0 Release Notes

PSSR-322162	All States/Provinces: Lunch History Functionality - Null Value Update	The Lunch History functionality has been updated and now, when a student’s lunch value is set to blank/null, a history record will be created as expected and will not trigger “nullpointerexception” errors in the system log.
PSSR-323102	AzEDS: Publish Logic fixes for the SPED Records	Additional Reference: PSSR-320525 Multiple issues were found with the publishing logic for the SPED Records, in which the below-mentioned elements were not getting published correctly with the SPED resource: Primary School Need Indicator Main SPED School SPED Exit Reason Code SPED Exit Date With this State Reporting Release, this has been resolved. Districts will have to republish their data for the correct values to go through with the respective elements.
PSSR-321313	AzEDS 9.0: Tuition Payer and JTED Student Indicator Updates	With this State Reporting Release, the below-mentioned updates are now available A new drop-down value, (09)Grade not fundable for a CTED has been added for the Tuition Payer field. For the students in the Gade Level 9, the Tuition Payer code defaults to 9 in the below-mentioned scenarios: If the Student’s School Type is CTED Central Campus and CTED Community College. If the Student’s (enrolled in any other school type) JTED Student Indicator is set to Yes. The JTED Student Indicator defaults to Yes for the students in Grade Levels 9 to 12 only if the School Type is neither CTED Central Campus nor CTED Community College.
PSSR-319896	CTED Updates to the SDADMS72 Audit Report	SDADMS72 Audit Report: Version 5.0 The output for the Total Planned Instructional Hours and the Total Community College Credits fields have now been made available to the SDADMS72 new Audit Report. The fields are named Instructional Hours (CTED) and Earned Credits (CTED) respectively in the report output.
PSSR-322674	Schema Update Failure on New PowerSchool Installations	A schema update failure that was occurring on new PowerSchool installs has been corrected. The schema update will now run and complete as expected. This schema update pertained to the PowerSchool Data Exchange (DEX) functionality and Ed-Fi.
