PSSR-315294AzEDS: Publishing Updates to the CTED Main Campus Schools

The CTED Main Campus School admins no longer have to set the JTED Course Led by a CTE Instructor flag, the calculation, and publishing is automatically completed for the Total Planned Instructional Hours (CTED).
